From there, I can set the sample rate to 44.1 or 48khz (and buffer size but that's not a problem so far) I installed the Steinberg Yamaha USB ASIO driver V1.9.9.1 that I can control from its dedicated control panel. However, when trying to use the Yamaha Steinberg USB playback engine in pro tools, I get the error "Cannot initialize the current playback engine" and PT ask me to check the setup of the driver. I want to be able to multi-track record using the TF mix table as audio interface on Pro tools first. ![]() I bought a new Yamaha TF1 mix table and downloaded pro tools first on my Lenovo X220 thinkpad with 8gb ram, running 64 bit windows 10. I am new to this forum and I would like to get some help about a configuration I am trying to set up.
